The PI3300 is an automatic inline piston filler for high-viscosity products — built on a 304 stainless steel C-frame with OMRON PLC control at the core. The control panel gives you three filling options (Up, Bottom-Up, and Down), front-panel conveyor speed control, a mounted bottle counter, and start/emergency-stop controls within easy reach.
Piston filling and charging is driven by a powerful 6" bore air cylinder with air-over-oil damping for smooth, constant fill speed. The main pistons ride on ball-profile rails and carriages for smooth, silent, accurate movement, and fiber-optic sensors handle container gating with no-bottle-no-fill logic built into the PLC.
The machine is expandable — from 10 up to 14 pistons depending on piston size — so throughput scales with your production needs without changing the base machine.
Sold as base machine — pistons, nozzles, and conveyor are configured separately for your product and container.
