Products with particulates or chunky inclusions typically run in smaller batches than a straight liquid — this line uses a hand-loaded turntable instead of a full automatic unscrambler, which keeps the line simpler and lower-cost for runs where a high-speed automatic infeed isn't the bottleneck anyway. The TruPiston 8 SERVO's electric ball-screw drive protects particulates through the fill cycle; downstream capping, labeling, and accumulation use the same standard components as our higher-volume lines.
