The GT-22 moves containers across a gap between two conveyors or pieces of machinery — useful anywhere your line has a break, a turn, or machines that need independent access. Built in heavy-duty 304 stainless steel with dual independent motor-driven belts, it bridges gaps up to 22". Also available as the GT-16 (16" max gap) and GT-48 (48" max gap) for other layouts.
The GT-22 bridges the space between two conveyors or machines, keeping containers moving reliably across a break in the line — up to a 22" gap. Two independent spoked handwheels adjust transporter belt width, and an adjustable transport angle helps improve the handoff. Bottle belt height adjusts via handles, and the main drive is gear-driven with no belts in the power transmission.
Each belt runs on its own motor with independent speed drive, so both sides of the transfer can be tuned separately. Belt assemblies adjust independently for width and angle to handle various container sizes and styles. The GT-22 can be installed on existing or new conveyors, sitting inline between two conveyor sections to keep containers moving without a break in the line. For different gap distances, this same design is also available as the GT-16 (16") and GT-48 (48").
