The UTF-200P is our high-speed automatic tube filler, built around a tube loading cassette for continuous high-volume operation at up to 180 tubes per minute. It loads, positions, fills, hot-air seals, embosses, and ejects plastic and plastic/laminate tubes up to 200ml automatically, with the same bottom-up shut-off nozzle filling as our standard UTF-100PIII.
The UTF-200P is built around a tube loading cassette that feeds tubes continuously into the line, positioning each one with a photo mark sensor before filling from the bottom up with a shut-off nozzle. The inside seal area is heated with hot air, then the tube moves to the closing station where it's sealed and embossed as needed, trimmed, and automatically ejected — all in one continuous high-speed pass.
It's widely used across cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food industries for products like paste, ointment, lotion, topical creams, moisturizer, conditioner, toothpaste, and shaving cream. Tube loading and washing are handled pneumatically, and the machine automatically detects inverted tube direction. A Schneider color touch screen and PLC control system runs the whole process, with a variable speed converter for production speed control. Safety production and overload protection features are built in throughout.
Looking for a lower-volume option? Our standard UTF-100PIII covers 3–250ml fills at up to 80 tubes/min with a 50L hopper. A double-jacketed temperature control hopper and agitator are available as options on either model.
