The TruCap-X-Vert is an automatic inline bottle capper built on a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel C-frame, with independent spring-loaded capping discs for better torque control and misalignment forgiveness. A vertical wheel (pin-style) cap sorter feeds caps in a single orientation and size — the simplest, most economical feeder option, well suited when you're running one consistent cap across your production.
The TruCap-X-Vert runs on a welded 304 stainless steel C-frame designed to mount directly over your existing conveyor. Independent spring-loaded capping discs handle torque and bottle misalignment better than fixed-spindle designs, and torque can be adjusted while the machine runs when the pneumatic clutch option is purchased. Capping heads are stainless steel and FDA-approved polymer, adjustable while running without opening the safety covers.
