The UTF-100PIII automatically loads, positions, fills, and hot-air seals plastic and plastic/laminate tubes up to 200ml, at up to 80 tubes per minute. Bottom-up filling with a shut-off nozzle keeps fills clean and accurate, and the tube is sealed, embossed, trimmed, and ejected automatically.
The UTF-100PIII automatically loads tubes from the hopper, positions them using a photo mark sensor, fills them from the bottom up with a shut-off nozzle, and seals them using hot air on the inside seal area. The tube then moves to the closing station where it's sealed and embossed as needed, trimmed, and automatically ejected — all in one continuous pass.
It's widely used across cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food industries for products like paste, ointment, lotion, topical creams, moisturizer, conditioner, toothpaste, and shaving cream. Tube loading and washing are handled pneumatically, and the machine automatically detects inverted tube direction before it becomes a problem downstream. A Schneider color touch screen and PLC control system runs the whole process, with a variable speed converter for production speed control. Safety production and overload protection features are built in throughout.
A higher-capacity variant, the UTF-200P, is also available — up to ~180 tubes/min, 3–200ml fill range, 80L hopper (vs. 50L standard). A double-jacketed temperature control hopper and agitator are available as options on either model.
