An automatic tablet counter bottling line combines tablet counting with the downstream packaging equipment required to produce finished bottles. Bottle Infeed: Empty bottles enter the production line through a bottle unscrambler or infeed system.
Bottle Positioning: Bottles are moved into position for counting and filling.
Tablet Counting: The automatic tablet counter counts the programmed quantity. These are listed equipment capacities and should not be presented as guaranteed complete-line production rates.
Optional Product Insertion: Depending on the packaging requirements, the line can incorporate equipment such as a cotton inserter or desiccant inserter.
Capping, Sealing & Labeling: The filled bottle moves through the capping system. An induction sealer can be incorporated when an induction-sealed container closure is required, and the bottle then moves through the labeling system.
Accumulation: Finished bottles can be accumulated for downstream handling.
