The UAC-24 automatically counts and fills hard gelatin capsules, softgels, tablets, and round pills, on the same platform as our 16 and 32-channel counters. Counting is handled by dynamic photoelectric sensors for highly accurate counts, with a computer-controlled gate and full PLC interface for control and maintenance. Three-stage vibration trays feed product with adjustable frequency per tray for quick, stable feeding, and dual diving nozzles lock each bottle in place before filling to prevent spillage.

Each of the 24 counting channels is equipped with its own product sensor, and the vibratory channel trays are physically separated from the vibratory drive system — protecting the trays, extending machine life, and holding counting accuracy at 100%.
Bottles are positioned and indexed by air cylinders for accurate placement before filling, and the machine handles any size or shape of tablet or capsule without changing parts. An advanced detecting system includes a dust compensator and built-in spike controller, so sensor sensitivity automatically self-adjusts to offset dust accumulation on the sensor window over time.
