A complete solid-dose bottling line built around the UAC-24 counter — the same counting platform handles tablets, hard capsules, and softgels without changing parts. From empty-bottle infeed to filled, capped, labeled, and accumulated finished product, every stage uses the same real components sold individually elsewhere on our site.
This line steps up to the UAC-24 counter for higher-volume production, still on a fully automatic infeed and finishing line. Line speed tops out around the counter's rated 110 bottles/min — the unscrambler, capper, and labeler are all rated well above that, so the counter remains the pacing point of the line, not any downstream stage.
Empty bottles load automatically from a bulk hopper and orient neck-up before reaching the counter — no operator needed at the infeed. View full specs →
