A complete liquid bottling line built around the FMF-12000, from empty-bottle infeed to filled, capped, labeled, and accumulated finished product. Every stage uses the same real components sold individually elsewhere on our site — so you can review exact specs on each machine before you commit to the full line.
This line pairs the higher-capacity FMF-12000 with a fully automatic unscrambler infeed for higher-volume production runs. Line speed is set by flowmeter configuration, container size, and cap/label style — the unscrambler, gap transfer, and conveyors are sized to keep pace with the 12-head filler rather than becoming the bottleneck.
Empty bottles load automatically from a bulk hopper — the unscrambler orients every container neck-up before it ever reaches the filler, so the line runs unattended at the infeed end. View full specs →
Bridges the gap between the infeed and the main line conveyor, keeping bottles moving reliably across the handoff. View full specs →
Carries bottles between every stage of the line — straight, curved, or custom to your floor layout. View full specs →
Higher-capacity volumetric flow-meter filling with 12 flowmeters on the same electronic-changeover platform as the FMF-6000. View full specs →
Spring-loaded capping discs apply and tighten caps inline, in 4, 6, or 8-spindle configurations depending on your speed needs. View full specs →
Wraparound labeling at up to 1,500 in/min, stepper-driven for precise placement on every bottle. View full specs →
Finished, labeled bottles buffer here at the end of the line, ready for packing or boxing. View full specs →
