The UAC-16E is a 16-channel automatic tablet and capsule counter built around a streamlined component specification, offering 16-channel counting and filling at a lower price point than our standard UAC-16. It runs two counting/filling heads off a sensor-controlled double-rail conveyor, with PLC control and a color touch screen for operation and fault monitoring. An integrated dual-lane conveyor ships with the machine, so it's ready to connect directly into your line.
The UAC-16E pairs 16 vibrating counting channels (with two-level vibration adjustment) with two counting/filling heads running off a sensor-controlled double-rail conveyor, so two bottles are counted and filled at once. Product sensors handle precision counting, with a pre-count feature built in and a "no bottle, no fill" safeguard against wasted product.
Two separate vibratory zones — each with its own hopper — feed product across a three-step vibrating tray system, and an automatic height-adjustment lifting system accommodates different bottle heights without manual retooling. All product-contact parts disassemble without tools for cleaning and changeover, and the frame is stainless steel construction built to meet cGMP standards.
