The RM 3200 is a 42" diameter rotary table built in 1/8" 304 stainless steel, supported by a 2" stainless steel square tube main structure with stainless steel covers on all 4 sides. Positioned mid-line rather than at the end of production, it acts as a buffer that absorbs speed differences between upstream and downstream machines, keeping the whole line running smoothly.
The RM 3200 runs a 42" diameter stainless steel disc, supported by a 1/2" aluminum plate, on a 2" stainless steel square tube frame with covers on all four sides. Variable speed control runs up to 150 containers per minute, driven by a 3-phase ac motor.
