V-shell blenders mix dry powders and granules using two inclined cylinders joined in a "V" — as the shell rotates, material is constantly split and recombined for uniform mixing, typically in about 15 minutes per cycle. Available across 7 sizes from 150L to 3000L shell volume, all built in mirror-polished 304 stainless steel (316L optional) to meet cGMP standards.

V-shell blenders are widely used across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, and food industries to mix dried powders and granules. Two inclined cylinders join in a "V" shape; through mechanical transmission, powder in the shell is displaced back and forth, constantly splitting and recombining as the shell rotates to reach uniform mixing. Typical cycle times run around 15 minutes, though this varies with the difficulty of the specific blend.

Every V blender is built from mirror-polished 304 stainless steel (316L optional) for both inner and outer shell to meet cGMP standards, driven by heavy-duty industrial ABB motors and drives for both the V-shell rotation and the intensifier bar. A removable intensifier bar is available to increase mixing efficiency and help break up difficult materials, and variable speed control is available on both the V-shell and intensifier bar. OMRON safety sensor gates are available across the full range.
