The T150 is an automatic, PLC-controlled, touchscreen-operated softgel encapsulation machine built for real production volume — up to 213,840 softgels per hour depending on cavity configuration. It's a significant step up from R&D-scale systems, with a compact 12" die footprint that saves valuable manufacturing space while still hitting industrial output.
The T150 is designed to be easily operated by production staff, complying with GMP standards and CE regulations, and is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, and recreational industries. The compact design saves valuable manufacturing floor space compared to older-style softgel machines, and an aluminum 6061 machine frame keeps the unit lightweight and strong with vibration-reducing properties.
The T150 is specifically designed to run both vegetable gelatin and animal gelatin — since vegetable gelatin (Vgel) is more viscous than standard animal gelatin, the machine is built to support the higher production temperatures Vgel requires. Top speed runs 6 RPM for oil-filled products and 2–3 RPM for paste products. All product contact parts are available in 316L stainless steel as an option, and one set of change parts is included with the machine.
