The RC60.12.2G solves that with a special feeding system built specifically for gummies, counting up to 6,000 gummies per minute. As a bonus, it also counts traditional dosage forms like softgels, capsules, tablets, and candies.

Because of their sticky, irregular nature, they don't feed reliably through standard counting equipment — which is why many manufacturers have resorted to weighing gummies into containers instead, even though counting gives better dose accuracy. The RC60.12.2G was purpose-built to solve that feeding problem with a 12-channel counting system and a special feeding path designed around how gummies actually behave.
Product starts at a floor-level bulk feed hopper and rides a cleated elevator up to the counting deck. A gear-driven rotating double finger bar — easily removable for cleaning — separates and advances product into the 12 channels. An adjustable variable-speed diverter bar sweeps left and right above the product channels to eliminate "twinning" (two pieces counted as one), and two flexible silicone funnels finish the process, reducing the incidence of gummies clogging the funnels on the way into the bottle. As a bonus, the same system counts traditional dosage forms — softgels, capsules, tablets, and candies — at up to 7,000 pieces per minute.
