The M80 is a stand-alone automatic gummy production system capable of full production duties, running up to 30,000 gummies per hour — a strong fit for small to medium production runs. It can produce gummies in one or two colors, stepping up meaningfully from the compact M40 in both output and line length.
The M80 is a complete, stand-alone gummy production line handling full production duties from depositing through cooling — no need to pair it with separate upstream or downstream equipment. At 40 feet of line length and roughly 5,000 kg gross weight, it's a meaningful step up from the compact M40, both in output and physical footprint.
An optional 5hp chiller is available for the cooling system, which needs a room held at 22–25°C and 35–40% relative humidity for consistent results. Compressed air runs at 0.4–0.6 MPa with 0.5 m³/min consumption.
