With only 26 feet of overall length, the M40 is a compact automatic gummy production system capable of depositing up to 15,000 gummies per hour. It's available in a single-kitchen "batch" format or a dual-kitchen "semi-continuous" format for more consistent output between batches.
The M40 packs a full gummy depositing line into just 26 feet of overall length, making it a strong fit for operations without room for a large-format line. Ultimate output depends on tank size, cleaning time, and depositor speed — rated at 10,000 deposits per hour, with up to 15,000 gummies per hour achievable depending on configuration and product.
The system includes a depositor kitchen on a tubular frame with leveling feet, a live belt drive motor and roller, a pneumatic chain tightener, compact stripper brush motors for de-molding, and a cooling tunnel with a de-molding process window. A 15" touchscreen controls the process. The cooling system needs a room held at 22–25°C and 45% humidity for consistent results.
