The GT300 pairs a full gummy production line with a Mini-CFA (continuous flow) depositor — making continuous depositing possible without a complex continuous cooker. Compared to a traditional continuous gummy line, it runs with roughly 30% fewer operators, and compared to a batch-based cooking system, it delivers around 50% higher gummy output. The system handles starch-free processing for either pectin or gelatin formulations.
The GT300 is built around a Mini-CFA (continuous flow) depositor, which makes true continuous depositing possible without the complexity of a full continuous cooker. Color, flavor, acid, and actives — whether powder or liquid — are added automatically by weight into pre-weighed batches to within ±5g accuracy, while in-tank Brix meters replace manual measurement to keep cook consistency steady from batch to batch. Integrated load cells handle automatic syrup and water additions to pre-set recipe weights.
Rated production capacity runs 50–80 kg/hr. The system includes a color touch screen control panel, UL-listed electrical components and controls, an automatic oil coating system, and a quick-release gumdrop mold for fast changeovers. The cooling room should be held at 22–25°C (72–77°F) and 35–40% humidity.
