This V-Blender line runs from 10 to 40 cubic feet on the same core design — stainless steel shell construction, 3 HP DC drive motor and controller, and 50:1 gear reduction for up to 19 RPM standard (variable speed to 30 RPM available). Hinged "easy access" openings with trigger-release locking let you charge the blender without removing lids.
The CPT V-Blender line spans 10 to 40 cubic feet on the same core design, with a stainless steel shell (#4 finish on all stainless parts) and a powder-coated square carbon steel frame. The base 10CF unit has a total volume of 15.1 cubic feet and 5,085 in² of total surface area, driven by a 3 HP DC drive motor and controller through a 50:1 gear reduction for up to 19 RPM. Across the broader size range, variable speed up to 30 RPM is available.
Access openings are 11" in diameter with a hinged, trigger-release locking system — hinge stops let you charge the blender without fully removing the lids, and a center pressure bar keeps even pressure control across the lid seals. A 6" 304SS "sanitary" butterfly valve handles discharge, with a swing-open access door and a standard 24" floor-to-valve discharge height. Standard swing radius across the line is 31".
