The TRU-NB1 is a PVC heat-shrinkable neck banding machine — it automatically cuts a length of tubing and dispenses it onto the cap/neck of your container, ready for a downstream heat tunnel to shrink it into place. An Omron servo motor drives the tubing dispensing mechanism for consistent, accurate placement cycle after cycle.
The unit includes a tooling guide sized for one container type — different container sizes require a separate tooling guide. Note: the conveyor is not included and needs to be sourced separately or paired with your existing line.
