The TruPump 8 fills high-viscosity liquids using gear pump technology, with each pump individually adjustable for both fill volume and speed. This makes it a strong option when different fill volumes need to run on the same machine, or when precise per-head tuning matters for product consistency.

Gear pump filling is one option for high-viscosity products (alongside piston filling) — pump fillers cover a wide range of filling volumes, from a few ounces up to 5 gallons or more.
