Model GI 3300 — Low Viscosity. Expandable to 20 Nozzles.

The GI 3300 is a fully automatic inline pressure overflow filler for low viscosity liquid products, built on a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel C-frame with a 20-gallon stainless steel overflow tank. It ships standard as a 6-head machine and expands up to 20 nozzles to increase speed as your volume grows.

Overview

The GI 3300 fills low-viscosity liquids using the overflow method — a fast, accurate, and cost-effective fill technology built around a 96 GPM, 1 Hp, 3-phase, 316 stainless steel centrifugal pump. A 316L stainless steel sanitary check valve mounts directly on the pump, and hardened stainless steel calibrated shafts with linear bearings keep the nozzle rack moving smoothly and reliably over time.

Omron PLC handles all machine logic, with frequency-controlled pump speed (including acceleration and deceleration), front-panel bottle fill time adjustment, conveyor speed control, a mounted bottle counter, and front-panel Start/Emergency STOP controls. Nozzle quantity is adjustable through a front-panel code, and fiber-optic sensors handle container gating with no-bottle-no-fill logic built in.

Container height adjusts from 1" to 16", nozzle stroke from 0" to 10", and the machine works with plastic or glass containers with no change parts needed. As shipped standard, pricing covers a 6-head machine with a PLC-controlled pneumatic drip tray and a 10 ft conveyor (4.5" wide acetal chain) with speed control.
