The FMF-6000 fills by precisely measuring flow rather than displacement — accurate, repeatable volumetric filling from a few milliliters to a few gallons without changing pistons or other mechanical parts between volumes. 6 ultra-compact flowmeter transmitters run in parallel on a 304 stainless steel C-frame.

The FMF-6000 measures fill volume by flow rather than mechanical displacement, giving you highly accurate, repeatable fills that hold steady across every nozzle without individual adjustment. Because volume is set electronically rather than mechanically, changing over from a small container to a larger one is as fast as adjusting a setting on the touchscreen — no pistons or mechanical components to swap.
Built on a 304 stainless steel C-frame with 6 ultra-compact flowmeter transmitters, a 316ss or 304ss special tank, level sensor, precision regulator, and a fast-acting pressure-relief valve for air and inert gas. OMRON PLC handles all filler logic, with three fill modes (Up, Bottom-Up, Down) selectable from the control panel.
The flow-meter design is also one of the cleanest fill technologies available — fewer moving and non-moving parts than piston or pump systems means effective CIP (clean-in-place) and less obstruction in the product path.
