Fill volume is set electronically rather than mechanically, so changing over between container sizes is a touchscreen adjustment, not a parts swap — and running two lanes side by side roughly doubles throughput versus a single-lane flow meter filler.
The FMF-12000-DL takes the same flow-meter filling principle as our single-lane FMF-12000 and runs it across two independent lanes on one frame — each lane measures fill volume by flow rather than mechanical displacement, giving accurate, repeatable fills that hold steady across every nozzle without individual adjustment.
Built on a 304 stainless steel heavy-duty welded C-frame, each lane runs up to 12 ultra-compact flowmeter transmitters feeding from a 316ss or 304ss special tank with its own level sensor, precision regulator, and fast-acting pressure-relief valve for air and inert gas. OMRON PLC handles all filler logic for both lanes, with controls duplicated on front and back panels — conveyor speed, bottle counter, start/e-stop, and nozzle configuration all accessible from either side of the machine.
