The TruCap is the base tightening platform without an integrated cap feeder — the same heavy-duty spring-loaded capping disc system as the rest of the TruCap-X line, for lines where caps are placed manually or by a separate feeder system.
The TruCap is the tightening core of the TruCap-X platform without a built-in cap feeder — same welded 304 stainless steel C-frame, same independent spring-loaded capping discs, same running torque adjustment with the pneumatic clutch option. It's the right fit if you already have a cap feeding system in place, or if caps are placed by hand ahead of the tightener.
Capping heads are 316L stainless steel and FDA-approved polymer, adjustable while running without opening the safety covers. Container height adjusts from 1" to 14" tall (optional power height adjustment), and the machine works across a wide range of containers with no change parts needed.
