Model TruCap-X-WFall-VP — Waterfall Feeder. Vertical Cap Placement.

The TruCap-X-WFall-VP is an automatic inline bottle capper built on a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel C-frame, with independent spring-loaded capping discs for better torque control and misalignment forgiveness. Adds vertical cap placement to the standard waterfall feeder — caps are set onto the bottle from directly above rather than at an angle, useful for taller or narrower-neck containers where placement angle matters.

The TruCap-X-WFall-VP runs on a welded 304 stainless steel C-frame designed to mount directly over your existing conveyor. Independent spring-loaded capping discs handle torque and bottle misalignment better than fixed-spindle designs, and torque can be adjusted while the machine runs when the pneumatic clutch option is purchased. Capping heads are stainless steel and FDA-approved polymer, adjustable while running without opening the safety covers.

Adds vertical cap placement to the standard waterfall feeder — caps are set onto the bottle from directly above rather than at an angle, useful for taller or narrower-neck containers where placement angle matters. Container height adjusts from 1" to 14" tall (optional power height adjustment), and the machine works across a wide range of containers with no change parts needed.

Capping Disc Features

Cap Feeder Features

  • Waterfall, gravity-fed cap chute delivery to capping head.
  • Vertical Cap Placement (VP) system pre-orients each cap right-side up before it reaches the capping head, reducing misfeeds versus a standard waterfall drop.
