The TruSort-72 feeds and orients plastic and metal containers automatically, from ounces up to gallons. A 72" diameter pre-feeder bowl (one inner disc included) gives our largest standard unscrambling capacity, built for high-volume runs or larger containers. Bottle turning is handled by a pneumatic actuator to hold production speed, with a rotating bottle reject and speed control built in.
An inclined conveyor lifts containers from the hopper into a rotating pre-feeder bowl, built at an angle to minimize bottle damage. The bowl organizes containers so they end up neck-leading or neck-trailing only, then a hook mechanism lets neck-trailing bottles pass while turning neck-leading ones — so every container ends up lying down with the neck following, ready to move down the line to your filler, capper, and labeler.
