The Model 1900-002 automatically rejects glass and PET containers that fail quality checks, using a multi-segment rejector sized to your container range. Pneumatically controlled pusher elements move rejected bottles off the line and onto an accumulating rotary table, with Omron PLC handling all machine logic.
The Model 1900-002 has a corresponding multi-segment rejector sized to your specific container range, covering the most common container sizes, shapes, and materials. All machine logic runs on an Omron PLC with a 5" HMI handling machine functions and delays, plus frequency-controlled conveyor speed, acceleration, and deceleration.
Rejection is handled by pneumatically controlled pusher elements that move failed containers off the main line and onto an accumulating rotary table, keeping the rest of the line running without interruption. Container height adjusts from 7.5" to 18" to cover a wide range of bottle sizes, and front-panel Start and Emergency STOP controls are within easy reach.
