Every conveyor is manufactured in 304 stainless steel with tool-less guide rail adjustment as standard. We stock 4.5" and 7.5" straight conveyors in 6, 10, 13, 16, and 20 ft lengths. Custom widths and configurations are available on request, including L-shape, U-shape, S-shape, or any other curve configuration at virtually any length.
Standard features include an acetal running chain, a 1/2 HP AC motor, variable speed drive (installed in the filling machine's electric panel, or as a standalone control mounted on the conveyor for independent units), tripod bottom supports with height adjustability, and a set of tool-less guide rails. Raised and sanitary conveyor options are also available for washdown environments.
