The BR15 cleans containers inline before filling, with up to 16 cleaning nozzles and both dry (air ionizing and suction) and wet (water or product cleaning) options available. Omron PLC handles all machine logic, with pump pressure, cleaning time, and drying time all controlled through the HMI.
The BR15 is built on a heavy-duty 304 stainless steel welded frame with up to 16 cleaning nozzles, all contact parts in stainless steel, sanitary Teflon, and Viton (special seals or hoses available by order). A calibrated guide handles fast height changeovers, and individual bottle hold ensures reliable operation cycle after cycle.
Two cleaning modes are available: dry cleaning uses air ionizing and suction, while wet cleaning uses water or product with pressure and drying time both controlled through the HMI. An optional electric heater with temperature control and a double-wall insulated tank are available for temperature-sensitive cleaning applications. Bottle turning uses a heavy-duty pneumatic rotary actuator, and the machine works with both plastic and glass containers with no change parts needed.
